Kohli Property Dealers

Our shop is number 9, located in Kasturba Colony, near Ram Krishna Colony. It is a small space, but it fits everything we need to run Kohli Property Dealers. Most people in the neighborhood know where we are because we’ve been in this spot for a good while. The colony is usually quiet compared to the main roads, which we like. We spend our mornings opening up the shop and checking on things. It’s a simple life, really. We talk to neighbors, we talk to people looking for homes, and we look at the papers. There are no big offices here, just us in Shop No. 9. We don't use any fancy technology, just our own knowledge of the local streets and who is moving where. Sometimes it’s slow, and we just sit outside and watch the day go by. Other days, it’s a lot of running around. Ram Krishna Colony is right next door, so we end up walking back and forth between the two areas quite a bit. It is just a local business run by local people. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just this physical shop where anyone can drop in. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the landlords and the families around. It is just a basic property dealer office, nothing fancy or polished. We just do the work and try to be helpful to the people who stop by our door.
