Our place is on Jagadhri Road, and if you're sending us a letter, it goes to Post Box 42. We've been operating out of this area for a long time. It’s a big industrial stretch, so there are a lot of factories and warehouses around us. The building itself is practical. It isn't something you'd see in an architecture magazine. It has high ceilings and plenty of room for the industrial products we handle. Every morning, the first thing we do is check the post box to see what arrived. Then we get to work on the floor. It’s a bit noisy with the machines running, but that’s the sound of things getting made. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a fountain. Instead, we have a small entry where the floor is a bit worn from all the boots walking over it. We deal with a lot of heavy stuff, so there’s usually a forklift moving around somewhere. The staff here are mostly locals who have been with us through all sorts of weather. We share tea in the break room and talk about the weekend. There’s no script for how we talk to people. We just say hello and see what they need. Jagadhri Road is our base, and we don't see ourselves moving anytime soon. It’s where the work is, and we’re happy to be part of it.
