Nanak Computers

If you are walking through Saini Mohalla in Pinjore, you might pass right by House No. 2352/B 2 without noticing us. That is where Nanak Computers is based. We operate out of a part of the house, which makes it easy for the neighbors to just drop by when their laptops start acting up or their printers jam. Pinjore is a small place compared to the big cities in Haryana, but we stay pretty busy. There is always someone who needs a screen replaced or a virus cleared out. The room we use is filled with old keyboards, monitors, and various wires that we might need someday. It looks a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We do not have a big showroom with neon lights. It is just a desk, some tools, and a couple of stools for people to sit on while they wait. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon trying to figure out why a motherboard is not working, and other times it is just a simple software update. We like the work because it is like solving puzzles every day. Being in a residential mohalla means we know everyone’s kids and what everyone is having for dinner because of the smells drifting from the kitchens nearby. It is a very local way of doing things, and that suits us just fine. No fancy talk, just fixing computers.
