We have our office for Mkbg Builders Private Limited located at 2304-A in Subash Nagar. Ambala City is our home base, and we have been working out of this area for quite some time now. Subash Nagar is a good neighborhood, and being here lets us stay connected to the local community. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are more like a small crew that knows how to get a building up and keep things moving. Our days usually start early and end when the light goes or the work is finished for the day. There is no corporate ladder here, just people who know their jobs. We spend a lot of time talking to clients and making sure the materials we use are what they should be. It is not always glamorous work, and there is usually plenty of dust and noise involved. We do not really do the whole marketing thing. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites or heard about us from a neighbor in Ambala. We try to be direct and honest about what we can do and how long it will take. If a project has a delay, we say so and then we get back to fixing it. It is a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work for us. Being in Ambala City gives us a good perspective on what folks need.
