Mitoya Instruments

We are located at 415 in Industrial Area, Phase I. It’s a standard industrial unit, nothing too special to look at from the outside. The building has been around for a long time, and you can see a bit of wear and tear on the walls, but it’s sturdy. Being in Phase I means we are surrounded by all kinds of different businesses, from printing shops to small metal works. It makes for an interesting mix of people in the alleyways. Our space at Mitoya Instruments is mostly taken up by benches and shelves where we keep everything organized. The lighting isn't the best, so we use a lot of desk lamps to see what we are doing. The rent is reasonable for this part of the city, which is why we’ve stayed here so long. The road outside is always busy with small tempos and motorcycles, and you have to be careful when you’re walking out the door. There is a small park a few blocks away, but mostly it’s just concrete and brick everywhere you look. We have a small corner for making tea, and that’s about as fancy as it gets for us. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting room; if you come by, you’ll probably just see us working right there at our stations. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in the heart of the industrial area. We've been here a while.
