Our place is in Ambala Cantt, specifically at 21 A in New Dayal Bagh. It is a straightforward location in a nice part of town. Pharos Healthcare has been operating out of here for a while now. Ambala Cantt has its own rhythm, and we have fit right into it. The office is not anything spectacular to look at from the outside, but it is comfortable enough for the team. We deal with healthcare-related business, which keeps us pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. Most of the day is spent handling orders, talking to suppliers, and making sure the paperwork is in order. We do not have a big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with boxes and files, but we know where everything is. New Dayal Bagh is a decent area to work in. It is relatively easy for people to reach us. We do not spend money on fancy marketing or big signs. Most of our clients know us through word of mouth or long-standing relationships. It is a very human way of doing business. We appreciate the people who stop by just to say hello or check on an order. It feels like a community here. We just try to do our jobs well and keep things running smoothly without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures that waste time.
