Manauli House has been our home in Ambala City for quite a while now. We are at number 16, and it’s a busy place most mornings. Being in the pharma business means there are always boxes being moved and delivery vans parked outside. It’s not a very large office, but we make the most of the space we have. There’s always someone checking batch numbers or talking to the local chemists. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big reception area. Most of the time, the front desk is covered in delivery slips and registers. It gets quite cold here in the winters, so we usually have a small heater going and plenty of hot tea. The staff is local, and most of us have known each other’s families for years. It feels more like a small community than a regular company. We handle a lot of different medicines, and the inventory can get a bit confusing if you’re not used to it. The neighbors are mostly other businesses, so it’s a loud, working environment throughout the day. We don't spend much on advertising or making the place look like a showroom. Our focus is just on making sure the orders go out to the hospitals and shops without any delays. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the work over the years. We stay open until late to make sure everything is sorted for the next morning.
