Robin Pharmaceuticals is based in Ambala Cantt, specifically at Sikligar Mohalla. Our H.O. is 751/51 on 5 Cross Road. We are pretty close to the Basanti Mata Mandir, so it’s easy to find if you follow the sounds from the temple. Haryana can get very cold in the winter and incredibly hot in the summer, and we feel all of it in this office. The building is just a regular house-style setup that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a lot of small rooms and narrow hallways. We do a lot of paperwork for the pharma stuff. It’s not the most exciting job, but it’s steady. We have a few computers, but we still use a lot of notebooks for tracking things. The staff is mostly local people from around Ambala. We all know each other’s families. Sometimes we share lunch out in the small courtyard. It’s a bit quiet around here compared to the main market, which is nice. We don't have big signs or anything. Just the name on the door. People come to us because they need specific supplies for their shops or clinics. We try to be helpful, but we aren't experts at everything. We just do our part in the supply chain. It’s a simple operation at the end of the day.
