You’ll find Aesico Labs India over at No. 243. It’s a straightforward address for a straightforward business. We aren't big on bells and whistles here. The building is just a standard workspace where we keep our equipment and do our daily tasks. Most days are spent testing things out, looking at data, and trying to improve the projects we have on the bench. It’s the kind of place where there might be some clutter on the desks and a few old manuals lying around, but we know exactly where everything is. The people working here have been in the industry for a long time, so we’ve seen all sorts of issues come through the door. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do; we just see a problem and try to find a way to fix it using the tools we have. Being at No. 243 gives us enough room to breathe without being so big that we lose touch with each other. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we work. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we take the jobs seriously when they come in. There’s no big marketing team here, just us doing what we know how to do.
