Our office is part of the Agrosaw Complex on Jagadhari Road in the industrial area. Laila Global Feeds (P) Ltd is right in the thick of things there. It’s a busy complex with a lot of heavy machinery being made or moved around. You can usually hear the sound of metal hitting metal or the hum of large engines nearby. Our space is mostly taken up by desks and samples of what we handle. It’s a bit of a gritty area, but that’s the nature of being in an industrial zone. We don't mind the noise or the dust too much. The people working here have been around for a long time, so we have a good rhythm going. We get a lot of visitors from the surrounding farms and businesses. The road outside can get pretty congested with tractor-trailers, especially in the mornings. We usually have a pot of tea going for whoever stops by. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We don't have any flashy posters or modern art on the walls. Just some charts and a calendar. We focus on the feeds and making sure everything is moving on schedule. It’s honest work and we enjoy being part of the Jagadhari Road community. Every day is pretty much the same, and we like the consistency of it. It’s just us doing our part in the industrial complex and keeping the records straight for everyone involved.
