So, we are the Ambala Milk Products Producer Companylimited. Our place is out in Village Bahanpur, near the Naneola post office. If you know where Dhindsa Diary Farm is, we are right nearby. It’s a rural area, mostly farmland around us. We deal with milk products, which makes sense given where we are located. There are a lot of cows in this part of Ambala. We have been here for a bit now, working with the local producers. It’s not a big city office, just a practical space where we handle the dairy business. The roads can be a bit rough during the monsoon, but we manage. Most of the people working here are from the surrounding villages. We don't really do fancy branding or anything. We just focus on the milk. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights, that's just how the dairy industry works. We handle the collection and the processing side of things. It’s a collective effort, really. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the trucks arrive, but we have a system. We’ve known the Dhindsa family for years since they are our neighbors. We just keep things simple and local. That’s how we like to operate. No big speeches, just milk and hard work every day. It’s a quiet life in Bahanpur but we stay quite busy with the cows and the buckets. We keep an eye on the weather and the roads constantly.
