Sohag Laboratory Equipments

Our place is out at 43 Hsidc Industrial Estate in Ambala Cantt. It’s an industrial area, so there are always a lot of trucks and noise from the other factories nearby. We work with laboratory equipment. Most of our days are spent checking glass tubes and metal stands for cracks or bad welds. It’s a lot of manual work. The warehouse floor is concrete and it stays cold in the winter. We have a small office section where the paperwork gets done, but most of us are out on the floor. Sohag Laboratory Equipments isn't a huge operation. We have a few steady workers who have been with us for years. We pack everything in bubble wrap and wooden crates because the stuff we make is fragile. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late and we have to wait around drinking tea near the gate. The air in Ambala Cantt always smells a bit like metal and exhaust. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our work clothes moving pallets around or checking orders. It’s honest work. We make sure the scales are balanced and the beakers are clean before they go out. It gets dusty in the estate, so we spend a lot of time wiping things down with old rags. We've been at this address for a good while now and we know the other business owners on the block. It’s just a typical day at the factory for us.
