Hope Career Consultancy is located right on the Main Road in Barara. It is very easy to find because we are directly opposite the Bus Stand. Being so close to the station means there is always a lot of noise and people moving about. We get a lot of people just walking in because they saw our sign while waiting for their bus. The office is small and we have a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the buses are coming in from the nearby villages. We spend our time talking to people about their jobs and what they want to do next. It can get a bit loud with the horns honking outside, but we don’t mind it much anymore. We have been at this location for some time. It is a practical place to be because everyone knows where the bus stand is. We don't use a lot of fancy technology. Mostly just some computers and a lot of talking. People come to us when they are looking for a change or a new start. We just try to help them out with what we know from our own experience. There is no corporate vibe here at all. It is just a local office on the main road where we try to be useful to the folks in Barara. Sometimes it is quiet, but usually, it is quite active throughout the working day and even into the evening hours when workers head back home.
