Genius Computer

Genius Computer is tucked away at R 31, No. 3, No. 1 C in Dayal Bagh, which is part of Mahesh Nagar. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the main markets. The shop is actually part of a larger building and can be a little tricky to find the first time you visit. We don't have a huge neon sign or anything, just a small board near the entrance. Inside, the space is filled with the hum of several computers running at once. We do a lot of work for the families living in Mahesh Nagar and Dayal Bagh. It’s the kind of place where people bring their kids' school laptops or the family desktop that has become too slow to use. We have a few desks pushed against the walls and a lot of screwdrivers of different sizes scattered around. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar from three years ago that we never took down. We like the quietness of this location because it lets us focus on the technical side of things without too many interruptions from the street. It’s not a fancy setup, but we have everything we need to diagnose problems and swap out parts. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. It’s just a normal neighborhood shop where we do our best with the machines people bring us.
