You can find us at number 7 in Ram Nagar. If you look for Gopal Mandir, our workshop is located right behind it. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part, although the temple bells and the prayers can be heard every morning and evening. Durga Tool Industries isn't a massive, high-tech factory. It is more of a traditional workshop where we put in long hours of manual work. Having been in this specific spot for many years, most of the locals in the area know us by sight. The shop floor is usually covered in some metal dust or a bit of oil, which is just what happens when you work with tools all day long. We don't have a fancy waiting room with soft chairs or a television to entertain people. Usually, folks just walk straight into the work area, and we talk over the humming of the machines to figure out what they need us to do. It is a very hands-on environment. Some of our machinery is older than the younger staff members, but the machines still run perfectly well because we know how to maintain them properly. Getting the job done without making a lot of noise or a big fuss is what we aim for. We are just a small group of people who understand tools and basic manufacturing. It is a simple life and we like it that way. Showing up and doing honest work is enough for us.
