Dumpling Hood

Dumpling Hood is over at Plot No.- 70 in the Jaggi City Centre. We are right on the Chandigarh-Ambala National Highway in Ambala Cantt. If you know where the KFC is, we are pretty much right near there. We make dumplings and a few other things for people passing through or living nearby. Being on the highway means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are just stopping for a quick bite before they continue their drive, and others are locals who come in regularly. The kitchen is usually busy steaming things and getting orders ready. It’s not a huge place, but we have enough room for people to sit for a bit. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. It’s a simple setup without any fancy bells and whistles. We just focus on the food and making sure it’s hot when it gets to the table. Sometimes the highway traffic makes it a bit noisy, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been at Jaggi City Centre for a bit now and it’s a good spot for us. We don't have any corporate slogans or anything like that. We just serve dumplings to whoever walks through the door. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. Most days we are just busy keeping up with the orders and cleaning up the tables afterward for the next person.
