Best Food is a corner shop, Booth Number 29P, in the main market of MDC Sector 5 in Panchkula. We’re located near the Singh Dwar, which is a big landmark around here. Even though we’re in Panchkula, we end up serving a lot of people from Chandigarh too since it’s so close. Being on the corner of the market is good because we get light from two sides, but it also means we get a lot of dust from the road. We’re always out there with a cloth wiping down the counters. The market is a busy place with all sorts of shops, so there’s a lot of energy throughout the day. We aren't some big fancy establishment with a marketing budget. We just have our small booth and the food we prepare. It’s a simple setup where we focus on getting the work done. The morning starts with us setting up and getting the stove going. By the time the sun is high, the market is full of people. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a straightforward business run by a small team. We don't use any corporate talk or big promises. We just try to make sure the food is ready on time and that the customers are treated like neighbors. It’s just how things work in this part of Panchkula.
