Our business is located at 5465 Anaj Mandi in Ambala Cantt. If you know the Mandi area, you know it’s always buzzing with activity. There’s a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just how it is here. We deal with both pharmaceuticals and surgical items. Our space is packed with different boxes and equipment. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find fancy carpets or art on the walls. It’s a working office. We have people coming in and out all day long. Some are picking up orders, others are dropping off supplies. We’ve got a couple of old desks and chairs that have seen better days. We do all our ledger work and inventory tracking right there in the middle of it all. Ambala Cantt is a major hub for this kind of trade, so we are right in the thick of it. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when three deliveries show up at once. We just roll up our sleeves and get to it. The heat in the summer can be tough since we’re in an old building, but we manage. We’ve been part of this market for years. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We don’t have time for anything that doesn't help get the medicine to the people who need it. It’s a lot of hard work, but we’re used to it. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
