Radhika Engineers is right here in Goel Market in Barara. It’s a small shop compared to the big factories, but we stay busy enough with the locals and nearby businesses. Dealing with engineering parts and repairs means there’s always something oily on the workbench. Most of the folks in the market know us, and we often swap stories over tea in the afternoons when things slow down. It’s a practical kind of place, no fancy carpets or air conditioning that actually works all the time. We focus on getting the machinery right because that’s what the customers need. If a tractor part or a small engine component isn't working, they bring it to us. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with half-finished projects and spare bolts, but we know where everything is kept. It’s a bit dusty, especially when the wind kicks up in the market, but that’s just how it is. We don’t have a big front office, just a desk and some chairs for people to wait while we look at their stuff. My hands are usually dirty by ten in the morning, which I guess is the mark of an engineer who actually works. We’ve been in Barara for a while and seen the market grow over time. It’s a good community here, everyone helps each other out when things get tight. We just do our work, fix what’s broken, and try to be fair with everyone.
