We are based at Scf- 158 in Sada Shiv Enclave, over in Baltana. It’s a busy little area and we’ve been working out of this office for a good while. Mansa Property Consultant isn't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know the local streets and buildings around here quite well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking around the enclave looking at different spots. Sometimes things are slow and other days we can't seem to sit down for a minute. That’s just the way this business works. We deal with a lot of paperwork, which can be a bit of a headache, but we get through it. People come to us when they are looking for a place or trying to figure out what to do with their own. We don’t use any big words or try to confuse anyone. We just tell them what we know. The office is simple, nothing too fancy. You’ll find us there most days unless we are out at a site. Baltana has changed a lot since we started, and we’ve seen shops come and go. We’re still here, though. We like being part of the neighborhood. It’s a practical job and we try to do it right. If you’re around Sada Shiv Enclave, you can find us easily enough. We don't have a website that's updated all the time, so most folks just call or drop by. It's been a steady road for us and we're okay with that.
