Xerographic Business Systems

Our shop is located on the first floor of Krishna Murti Market, right at numbers 35 and 36. If you are familiar with the area, we are tucked in behind the old Nigar Cinema. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up the stairs to find us, but we stay busy enough anyway. We have all sorts of machines humming away in here most of the time. It gets quite loud with the sound of paper moving and motors running. The air usually smells a bit like toner and warm electronics. We’ve got stacks of paper everywhere and sometimes it feels a bit cramped, but we know where everything is. People come up from the market for all sorts of copying and business needs. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have fancy carpets or a lounge area. It’s just work tables and machines. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait it out, which is just part of being in this building. We’ve been behind the cinema for a long time and have seen many businesses come and go in the market. We just keep the machines maintained and handle the orders as they come in. It’s a steady kind of work that keeps us on our feet all day. We like being part of the local market buzz. It can get a bit hectic when several people want things done at once, but we manage by just taking it one page at a time. The Krishna Murti Market has always been a busy place.
