We are located at Plot No 9 and 3 in Gobind Nagar. It’s right on Godavari Road, quite close to the Obrai Estate. Bitty Sahny Property Dealers has been a part of this neighborhood for a long time. It’s a family-run kind of thing, very low-key. We don't have a big staff, just us and a few helpers. Most of our work involves helping people buy or sell plots and houses around Godavari Road. It’s a growing area and there is always some construction or moving happening. We spend a lot of time driving around to different plots and checking out new listings. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can sit and go over documents. We prefer it that way. It keeps things simple and honest. Dealing with land can be tricky, so we just try to tell people how it is without any fluff. We know the history of most of the plots around here because we’ve seen them change hands over the years. If you are new to Gobind Nagar or looking to move nearby, you can find us easily enough. We aren't hard to spot near the estate. We don't use fancy talk or big promises. We just show you what is available and help with the middleman stuff. It is steady work and we enjoy being out and about in the community every day.
