You can find us at House Number 976 in Sector 7, which is part of the Urban Estate in Ambala City. Alrosa Pharmaceuticals Private Limited started out here because we wanted a location that felt more like a community and less like an industrial zone. It’s a quiet enough area, which helps when we need to focus on the details of our pharmaceutical work. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass building. Instead, we work out of this space, keeping things simple and direct. Most of our day is spent managing shipments and talking to people who need our products. Ambala is a good place for this kind of business because it’s well-connected. We’ve had our ups and downs trying to grow the company, but we’ve stuck with it. The neighborhood knows us as the folks who are always busy with boxes and delivery vans. We don't have fancy titles or a big board of directors. It’s just a few of us making sure the inventory is right and the orders go out on time. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up, but that’s fine. We like the independence of running our own private limited company. It’s not always glamorous, especially when we’re counting stock in the heat, but it’s what we do. We’ve been here in Sector 7 for a while now and plan to stay.
