You can find AKT Buildcon over at Shop No. 1 in Jaggi Garden. We are in the Sethi Enclave area, right near Nand Hospital on Naraingarh Road. It’s a good spot because people can find us easily if they’re driving by. We aren't a massive company with a huge headquarters. It’s just this shop where we keep our files and meet with people. We do a lot of construction work around 134003. Some of us have been in the building trade for years, so we’ve seen a lot of changes. We handle the usual stuff like homes, small commercial bits, and whatever else comes our way. The office is usually a bit messy with samples and tape measures lying around. We don't try to look like we're from a magazine. We just focus on the projects we have on hand. Sometimes we're short-staffed when a job gets big, but we always figure it out. Being near the hospital makes it easy to give directions when a supplier is lost. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or brochures. We just talk to people like normal humans. If we can do the job, we say so. If we can't, we tell them that too. It’s a practical way to run a business and it keeps things clear for everyone. We’ve been here for a while and plan on staying as long as there’s stuff to build. It’s just how we make our living and we’re fine with that.
