We've been at 12-A for a while now. Shiv Pratap Nagar is where we do everything. The team is small but we keep busy. Haryana is home. It’s a quiet corner in Ambala Cantt. We have some shelves, a few desks. It’s not a huge operation but it keeps us on our toes. The traffic in Ambala is sometimes a headache when we’re trying to get things out. Most days it’s just us handling orders and making sure the paperwork is sorted. There’s no big fancy lobby here. Just a door and some people working. People in the neighborhood know us as the pharma folks. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the inventory lists. Sometimes we forget to order more milk for the pantry. It’s just how it goes here. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with glass walls. We like being in Shiv Pratap Nagar because it feels grounded. Every morning starts with opening up the shutters and checking the mail. It’s pretty simple really. We don’t have a big speech to give about why we are here or what we are doing. We just are. We work, we go home, and we come back the next day to do it again. It’s a job and we do it from this little spot in Ambala Cantt. It’s dusty sometimes but it’s our space and it works. We've got things to do and people to call.
