At Adani Agri Fresh Limited, things usually revolve around the seasons. Our place is on Kalar Heri Road, right near J.D. Farm on the Panjokhra Road in Ambala Cantt. It is a quiet enough area compared to the city center, which helps when we have crates moving in and out. Most of the staff here live nearby, so there is a familiar face every morning. We deal with fresh stuff, so the pace changes depending on what time of year it is. Sometimes it is incredibly fast, and other times we are just keeping things tidy and preparing for the next big load. The office is simple, nothing too special, just where we handle the paperwork and take calls. Being near the farm makes sense for the type of work we do every day. We spend a lot of time checking on things and making sure everything is stored correctly. There is always a bit of dust from the road, but that is just how it is out here. We have been in this spot for some time now and most of the locals know where to find us if they need anything. It is hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but we have a good routine down. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down.
