2 Am Properties Private Limited

Our office is in an old building in Ambala Cantt, specifically at house number 6340/11/11-A. It’s an interesting spot with a lot of history in the walls. We do property work here, mostly helping people buy or sell land and houses around the 133001 area. The name 2 Am Properties sounds like we work all night, but we actually keep pretty regular hours like everyone else. The building can get a bit cold in the winter months, so we usually have a small heater running near the desks to stay warm. Ambala Cantt is a busy place with the railway station nearby and all the army activity. We get a lot of local people stopping by to ask about prices or just to chat about what’s happening in the neighborhood. Our desks are covered in maps and old property deeds that have been handed down through families. It’s a lot of talking and walking around to show people different sites. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to close the windows just to hear the phone ring. We aren't a big corporate firm, just a local team doing what we know how to do. The floorboards creak when you walk over to the filing cabinet, but it’s home to us. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the shop owners on the street. It’s a straightforward business and we just take it one day at a time without any fuss.
