Rajadhani Developers

Up at Akkat on Asrikadavu Road, right in the Pulinchode area, is where Rajadhani Developers has our setup. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main city, which we like. The office is a simple building where we keep all the records for the projects we’re working on. Most of the time, the air is filled with the sound of the nearby road and the birds in the trees. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights. It’s just a place where we meet with contractors and people looking to buy a home or maybe some land to build on later. We spend a lot of time looking at maps of the local area and figuring out where the pipes and wires should go for the new builds. The desk is always covered in pens and sticky notes because there’s always something to remember or a number to call back. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit on the porch and wait for it to come back on while we talk about the local news. It’s a slow process building anything, and we’ve learned not to rush the paperwork because that just causes trouble with the local office later. People from the village often walk by and wave while they go about their day. We’ve become part of the landscape here on Asrikadavu Road. It’s a steady kind of life.
