Our office is located at N-45 in Trehan, over in the Hill View Garden area of Bhiwadi. It’s in Alwar district, which is a bit of a drive from the bigger cities, but we like the pace here. Hill View Garden is a decent spot, and being in Bhiwadi means we’re surrounded by a lot of industry and growth. Webteasor Technologies is just a small outfit operating out of this space. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a small area where we keep the kettle for making coffee. It’s not the kind of place you see in movies, but it’s real and it’s ours. The weather in Alwar can be quite tough, with very cold winters and scorching summers, so we’ve learned to adapt. We spend most of our day focused on the screens, trying to figure out the best way to solve whatever problem is in front of us. There isn't any corporate talk here, just plain English and a lot of trial and error. We value the fact that we can just be ourselves and work hard without any unnecessary pressure. It’s a practical environment where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. We’ve been here for a bit now and have grown fond of the local routine in this corner of Rajasthan.
