Tatanka Properties Private Limited is a small operation based in Senthli, Alwar. Our address is right there in the 301026 area of Rajasthan. We aren't some big city firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us working on property stuff in and around Alwar. The office is simple and we try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up more than we'd like. We deal with land and buildings, which means we spend a lot of time driving around the district checking on things. Alwar is a good place to work, even if it gets incredibly hot in the summer months. We know the local land and the people who live here. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy brochures because we'd rather just talk to people face to face. If someone needs to know about a property, we just tell them what we know without any of the sales talk you hear from big companies. Sometimes the business is slow, and other times we can't keep up with everything. That’s just the way it goes when you’re running a local business.
