You can find us at House No. 267 in Sector 8 of Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. It’s a bit of a mix here at Rajdhani Flora & Infrastructure Developers because we handle both the green side of things and the heavy infrastructure work. Being in Bhiwadi means we are right in the middle of a lot of industrial growth, so there is always something happening outside the door. The office is basically a house that we’ve converted to fit our needs. We have some files for the flora projects on one side and blueprints for infrastructure developments on the other. It gets pretty dusty in this part of Rajasthan, especially with all the construction nearby, so we are constantly cleaning off the desks. We spend our time juggling between site visits and sitting here in Sector 8 trying to manage the schedules for the various projects we have going on. It isn't a polished environment by any means. There are usually muddy boots by the door and stacks of paper that need filing every single day. We try to keep things moving forward on the projects we have taken on, though it can be a real challenge with the weather. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and planning the next week, while other days are completely chaotic with deliveries and workers coming in for their instructions. We just do our best to stay on top of the infrastructure demands while keeping the flora side of things going.
