Rollin Takeaway Private Limited

Rollin Takeaway Private Limited is a small operation located at House Number 520 in Scheme Number 2, Lajpat Nagar, Alwar. We are basically a kitchen that focuses on getting food out to people who want something quick and good. The space isn't very big, so things can get pretty cramped during the dinner rush when the orders start piling up on the counter. We don't have a big dining room or fancy waiters. It is just a few of us in the back cooking and someone at the front handling the pickups. Lajpat Nagar is a nice area, and we have gotten to know the families who live on our street quite well. Sometimes the smoke from the kitchen gets a bit thick, so we have to keep the back door open to get some air. We use simple ingredients and don't try to make things more complicated than they need to be. The menu is written on a chalkboard that we have to wipe down every few days. We don't have a corporate office or a board of directors. It is just a local takeaway place run by people who live right here in Alwar. Some nights are slower than others, which gives us time to clean the equipment and prep for the next day. We like the pace of the work and the fact that we are feeding our neighbors every night. It is a straightforward business and we keep it that way. Even when the phone won't stop ringing and everyone is in a rush, we manage.
