You’ll find us at number 1 in the Old Industrial Area. As the name suggests, the buildings around here have been standing for a long time. Our place is no exception. We deal in minerals. It’s the kind of work that leaves you with gray dust on your shoes at the end of the shift. The layout is simple: a large storage space and a small corner for the office. We don't have air conditioning in the warehouse, so it gets pretty hot during the summer months. We just keep the big doors open and hope for a breeze. We’ve been here for years, and not much has changed in the way we do things. We load the trucks, check the weights, and keep our ledgers updated. It’s a very manual process most of the time. The neighbors are all doing similar industrial work, so there’s a sense of community. We help each other out when a machine breaks or someone needs a hand with a heavy load. It isn't a fancy operation with a website or social media. We just answer the landline and talk to the people who come to the gate. It’s honest work that keeps us busy. We take pride in just getting the job done without any extra drama or complicated systems. On Saturdays, we usually finish a bit early to clean the yard and get ready for the next week ahead.
