Projexelindia Construction Private Limited has its main office at 103 on the first floor of Ganpati Mall in Bhiwadi. Being in a mall might sound fancy, but it is just a practical place for us to meet and keep our files. Most of our actual work happens out in the industrial areas or on new housing sites around Ajmer and Bhiwadi. We spend a lot of time in the car, driving between the office and the various projects we have going on. Construction in this part of Rajasthan is constant because of all the new factories and shops. We deal with a lot of different vendors for steel and cement, and it takes a lot of phone calls to keep everything on track. The office in Ganpati Mall is usually quiet until the site supervisors come in to report on the progress or any problems they ran into. We don't use any flashy language to describe what we do. We just build structures. Sometimes a project gets delayed because of government permits or rain, and we have to explain that to the clients. It is just part of the job. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the measurements are right and the labor stays on schedule. We have been doing this for a while and we just take it one day at a time.
