PROCAPITUS REALTY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located at number 20 in Aravali Colony. It’s right on Jaipur Road, very close to the Ayapa Mandir in the Bhakheda area of Alwar. Procapitus Realty Solutions Private Limited might have a long name, but we are a pretty simple group of people. We chose this spot because it’s near the temple and easy for people to find when they’re driving in from Jaipur. The office itself is just a regular building. We haven’t done much to it besides putting in some desks and a place for people to sit. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but it’s quiet once you get here. We spend our days talking to people about houses and land. We don't have a corporate office in a skyscraper. We just work here in the colony. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello, which we like. We don't use any fancy sales pitches or marketing tricks. If someone is looking for a place, we just show them what’s on the list. Alwar is a nice place to work, and being near the Ayapa Mandir makes the mornings feel a bit more peaceful. We keep a pot of tea going and try to stay organized with all the files. It’s just regular work for us, and we don’t try to make it sound like anything more than it is. We’re just here doing our job every day.
