Property Pavilion

Our shop is Shop No 1, right near Athina Angan on the By Pass Road. It is a busy little area here in Tijara. Property Pavilion has been operating out of this spot for a while now. You can see the dust from the road sometimes when the trucks go by, but it’s a good location for people to find us. Being near the Dilwari police station means it’s a fairly quiet neighborhood in terms of trouble. Inside the shop, it’s mostly just desks and a few chairs for when people come in to talk. It’s not very big, but we make it work. Most of the time we are out checking on things or looking at sites around the Tahsil. When we are in the office, we usually have the fan going because it gets stuffy. People know us as the place on the corner of the bypass. We don't have a big sign or anything fancy, just the name on the door. It’s a bit of a walk from the main center, but not too bad if the weather is nice. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing down notes on whatever paper is handy. It is a simple life here. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Just a local shop helping out with property stuff. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks. That's about it for us at this address.
