We are set up in Alwar, specifically over in Village Mannaka. Our office is actually in Flat No B-13/101 at Lords City Homes, right along that big 200 Ft. Road. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a construction office, being in a flat, but it works for us. Nidhi Nikhil Buildtech Private Limited is basically just us trying to make a living by building things that last. The road outside is always busy with trucks and cars, which is good because it keeps us connected to the rest of Alwar. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. It’s not a glamorous job, and the office can get pretty cluttered with samples and files. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress people with fancy titles. We just tell you what we can do and then we try to do it right. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or the rain stopping work for a few days, but we just deal with it. It’s how things go in this line of work. Being based in Lords City Homes keeps us close to the ground. We know the local people and the local problems. We’re just regular folks who happen to know a lot about building technology and construction. It’s a steady life and we’re happy to be doing it here.
