Master Auto Mech Pvt Ltd is tucked away in the RIICO Industrial Area at E-365. It’s a large space because we need the room for all the mechanical parts and vehicles we work on. The floor is concrete and usually has a few oil spots here and there, despite our best efforts to keep it clean. Working with machines and engines is never a tidy job. We have a group of guys who really know their way around an engine block. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate talk here. If something is broken, we tell you, and then we try to fix it. That’s about it. The industrial area can be a bit of a maze, but E-365 is where we stay. We have some heavy equipment for lifting things and plenty of spare parts sitting on the racks. It gets loud when the air compressors are running, so we usually have to shout a bit to hear each other. It’s a practical place for people who need mechanical work done. We don't have a fancy waiting room with a TV. Most people just drop off their stuff and come back later. We just focus on the machines and getting the nuts and bolts tightened correctly. It is a long day sometimes but the work is steady for us.
