Lotus Auto Engineering Limited

Lotus Auto Engineering Limited is located on Samtel Road in the industrial area of Bhiwadi. Our specific spot is Plot No. -501 B. It’s a big, dusty area, like most industrial zones, but it’s where all the real work happens. You can hear the sound of metal being cut or welded from most of the plots around here. Our building is a solid structure that has seen a lot of seasons. The paint on the gate is peeling a little, and the yard has some old scrap metal tucked into the corners. Inside, it’s mostly open floor space where the engineering happens. We have machines that have been running for a decade, and they still work better than the new stuff sometimes. The office part is just a few desks pushed together in a room with a loud air conditioner. We don’t really do much to make the place look like a showroom. It’s a factory, through and through. The guys wear heavy boots and grease-stained clothes because that’s the job. In the afternoons, the heat in Bhiwadi can get pretty intense, so we usually take a longer break when the sun is at its highest. We don’t have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just have a list of things that need to be built and we stay until they are finished. It’s a lot of hard work and not much talk, just the way we like it on Samtel Road.
