Our main yard is located out in Village Pholadpur, right off the NH-8 near Neemrana. If you are driving through the Alwar area, you have probably passed our gates. Johadwala Constructions Private Limited is what we go by on our documents. Being situated in Shahjahanpur means we are right in the middle of all the local activity. Rajasthan is a massive state, but we really like this specific corner of it. The 301705 zip code has been our home base for a long time. We do construction work, mostly around the villages and nearby towns. It gets dusty and loud out here, but that is just the nature of building things. We do not have a fancy glass office building in the city. We work out of the village because it is practical for our equipment. My family has lived around here for generations. We know the land and the local roads better than anyone else. Most people just call us Johadwala. We have our tools and a small office where we handle the books. A lot of our time is spent on the highway, moving from one site to another. NH-8 is always busy, so there is never a quiet moment. We are not trying to be the biggest company in India.
