It’s a decent place to have an office because it’s mostly houses around us, so it doesn't feel like a cold business district. We do software work, which mostly involves sitting at desks for long hours. It’s not the kind of thing you can see from the street, but we’re always busy inside. The team is small and we all know each other well. Alwar has its own pace of life and we try to stick to that. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. Most of what we do is just handled between us in the office. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of computers running, but we make it work. Shiv Colony is easy to find if you know the area. We like being based here instead of some big city like Delhi. It’s closer to home for most of us. We just focus on writing code and fixing bugs as they come up. There isn't much more to it than that. We show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a simple way to run a software business. We’ve been in Alwar-Alwar for quite some time now and it feels right for us.
