Grwm India Foundation

Our foundation is based out of the RIICO Industrial Area in Chopanki, specifically at plot J-983. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s not the prettiest place to look at. There are a lot of factories and warehouses around us. The noise of machinery is pretty much the background music to our day. We decided to set up here because it’s where a lot of the action is. It’s a gritty, hardworking environment that keeps us grounded. Our office is just a simple unit among many others. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and notes pinned up to keep us on track. Most people who come by are workers from the nearby plants or delivery drivers looking for directions. We spend a lot of time dealing with the practical side of things. It can get pretty dusty with all the trucks moving around the industrial area, so we’re always cleaning off the desks every morning. We aren't here to look important or impress anyone. We are here to do the work that needs doing in this part of town. Some days the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or work by the windows. It’s not a polished corporate office, but it’s where we feel we belong. We just get on with our tasks and try to stay organized amidst all the industrial chaos. It’s a tough spot, but it suits us just fine and we don't plan on moving.
