Our facility is located out at A-65 in the Bhiwadi S P A Industrial Area. It’s a large site and there is always something going on, no matter what time of day it is. Being in an industrial area like Bhiwadi means we are surrounded by other factories and lots of noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't the type to use big words or talk about corporate goals. Most of us here are just focused on our shifts and making sure the production lines keep moving without any hitches. The summer heat here can be really something else, but we just keep the fans going and get on with our tasks. Trucks are constantly coming and going from the gate at A-65, bringing in raw materials or taking away what we’ve made. It’s a steady rhythm that defines our days. We have our small breaks where we catch up on local news or talk about the weather, but then it’s right back to the machines. It’s a practical environment. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just safety signs and the equipment we need. People who work here have been part of the team for a long time, so we all know each other’s habits. It’s a real community in its own way, even if it’s all about industrial work. We just show up and do what needs doing every single day.
