Out here in the village of Dabedha, near Tijara in the Alwar district, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. We run Dabheria Foods Exporter Private Limited from Sahid’s place, which is where we manage everything. It’s a pretty simple setup because we are right in the middle of where the food comes from. Being in a small place like PO-Bicchla means everyone knows each other, so we don't really have to explain ourselves much. We spend most of our time dealing with the local products and getting them ready to be sent out. It gets quite dusty on the roads around here, and some days the electricity is a bit patchy, but we make it work. We are just a local bunch of people trying to get this food export thing going. There is no big corporate building or anything like that, just our regular spot where we keep the records and handle the logistics. Alwar is a good place for this kind of work because of the farming around us. We mostly just focus on the day-to-day tasks, like talking to the suppliers and checking the quality of what we are sending. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of the details. We just want to do our job properly and keep the business running from our village. It’s a quiet life but we stay busy with the orders.
