Mother Stone Export

Mother Stone Export is based at 43 Azad Nagar on the 60 F I T Road. It's a wide road, which is good because we have a lot of heavy stuff moving in and out. Being in Azad Nagar means we are close to a lot of other businesses, so there is always a bit of a buzz in the air. We deal with stones and heavy materials, so the office usually has a bit of dust on the windowsills no matter how much we clean. The work is physically demanding sometimes, especially when we are checking the inventory out in the yard. We don't have a polished showroom with bright lights. Instead, we show people what we have right there in the storage area. It’s more honest that way. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoon, making it quite warm inside. We usually have the big doors open to let a breeze through. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers and making sure the trucks are loaded safely. It's not a glamorous job, but we've been doing it for years and we know the ins and outs of the trade. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the weights are right and the shipping dates are met. It’s just how we operate. When the day is done, we lock up the gate and head home, ready to do it all over again tomorrow.
