Chetan Cabletronics (P) Ltd

Working in an industrial area like Chopanki in Bhiwadi means you get used to the dust and the sound of big trucks rolling by. Our place is E-445, and it is right in the thick of things. Chetan Cabletronics has been around here for quite some years. We deal with cables and electronics, which means there are always spools of wire and half-finished boards lying around on the workbenches. It is not the cleanest place in the world, but it is where the work gets done. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoon, so we keep the shutters down mostly. We have a few guys who have been with us since the start. We don't really do big meetings; we just talk over the machines or while we are packing up orders to go out. Bhiwadi is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat, but the industrial vibe suits us. We are not interested in looking like a big city firm. We wear comfortable clothes and get our hands dirty when needed. Most days involve checking inventory and making sure the machines are calibrated right. It is a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-task, maybe with the radio playing in the background. It is just a regular factory setup where we focus on what we are building and getting the shipping labels right for the evening pickup.
