We are located at Pradeep Choudhary’s place near the Surya Nagar Mod in the Alwar district. It’s a well-known spot for those who live around here. The foundation is run out of this space, and it’s always got something going on. Being near the Mod means there’s always a bit of traffic and movement outside, which keeps things interesting. We don’t have a big corporate sign or a lobby with a fountain. It’s a very grounded setup where we focus on educational matters. The rooms are filled with books, folders, and old registers. We often have local teachers or parents dropping in to talk about various things. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, almost like sitting in someone’s living room, which it basically is. We try to stay organized, but with so many people coming and going, it can get a little messy by the end of the week. Alwar is a beautiful place, and we feel lucky to be working right here in Surya Nagar. We drink a lot of tea while we go over our plans for the coming months. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we do put in long hours to make sure everything is handled. We don’t use any fancy software; mostly just handwritten notes and some basic spreadsheets. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has served us well so far. We’re just regular people trying to help out.
