Atharvi Estate Llp is based out of Shop No. 220 on the second floor of Krishna Tower. If you’re in Neemrana, you probably know where the tower is. It’s a busy building in the Alwar district. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, but it also means we have to walk up and down those stairs a lot. The office isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for clients. We don’t spend money on fancy rugs or expensive art. It’s just a working office. Most of our time is spent looking at property listings in and around Neemrana. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always something happening with land and development. We try to stay on top of the changes, but it’s a lot to keep track of sometimes. We aren’t a big corporate chain. We’re just local people who know the Alwar area well. We talk to people in plain English and don’t try to use any sales tactics. If a piece of land is good, we say so. If it has issues, we mention those too. We think it’s better to just be direct. It keeps things simple for everyone. The office stays open most days, and there’s usually someone around to answer the phone or talk to anyone who stops by.
