Futureneeds Agrifarms Private Limited is located up in Kathgodam, in the Hera Gadh Malla Byura area. Being in the Nainital district means we are surrounded by a lot of hills and greenery, which is fitting for an agrifarm company. Our office is a simple place, nothing special to look at, but it’s where all the planning happens. We spend a lot of time thinking about the land and what it needs to grow well. The air is a bit thinner up here and the roads can be tricky when it rains, but we like the pace of life in Kathgodam. We don’t have a big team of executives. It is just a handful of us who know the local terrain and the people who work it. We keep our records in old-fashioned ledgers mostly, though we use the computer for the important stuff. People in Malla Byura know where to find us if they have a question. We don't do much in the way of advertising because everyone around here knows who we are anyway. It’s a quiet life, but the work is steady. We handle the paperwork and the logistics of the farm business from this little spot. Sometimes we have to head down to the plains for supplies, but we always come back up to the hills. It feels like the right place for an agro business to be. We have been here for years now and just keep moving forward one day at a time.
