We are located in Sadar Bazar right near the post office in Ranikhet. It’s a busy part of the market, and we’ve been here handling mobile phones and computers for a good while now. Usually, people come in because their phone screen cracked or they need a new charging cable. We also look at laptops if they are acting up or getting too slow to work on. It’s a small shop, so things can get a bit crowded when a few people are waiting at the same time. We keep some basic accessories like headphones, covers, and those memory cards that people always seem to lose. The post office is a good landmark because everyone knows where that is. Working in Ranikhet is nice, though the winters get a bit quiet. During the day, it's mostly locals from the bazaar dropping by. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just fixing what's broken and selling parts that people need for their tech. Sometimes we have to order things in if it’s a specific part we don’t have on the shelf. We try to get things done as fast as we can because we know how much people rely on their phones these days. It’s just how we run things, keeping it simple and being part of the Sadar Bazar community. You’ll find us easily if you walk past the post office and look for the sign. We are usually here from morning until the market closes up.
